SHIPPING POLICY

It's great that you've placed an order with us! If you're still considering placing an order, below you'll find information on how we operate. Take your time and read through it at your own pace.

Shipping and Possible Costs

We'd like to thank you for your order. Our shipments are handled by Evri, and you can find the prices we charge below. Above £30 within the UK we have free shipping, all orders until £30,- we have shipping costs of £4.
 

Costs for Incorrect Address, Rejection, or Non-Pickup

We make every effort to deliver the package to the provided address. If the address is incorrect, the package is rejected, or it's not picked up from a post collection point, a fee of £4 must be paid at all times.

Delivery

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible! Orders placed before 23:00 are always shipped on the same day (*except for weekends, holidays, and promotional days). It can also happen that Evri or the delivery person does not adhere to the delivery period or has an extremely busy schedule during special days. As long as you haven't received an email from us, the delay does not originate from our side.

 

You will always receive a track & trace email from us, where you can track your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do everything at INature to ensure that you don't have to return your products. You can keep the following points in mind when ordering from our webshop:

Seek Advice If you have doubts about a product, take advantage of our non-binding advice. A good recommendation is half the battle! Contact us via email (inatureunitedkingdom@gmail.com) or on Instagram through a Personal Message (DM).

Videos and Photos Check out our photos and videos to get a clear understanding of the product.

Product Information All additional information about the product can be found in the product description and under the "additional information" section.

If, despite all the above resources, you still need to return an item, INature has got you covered. We're here to assist you. Below, you'll find our warranty rules and a step-by-step guide on how to return items.

You have 14 days to change your mind!

Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! Fortunately, you always have a 14-day window to change your mind and return your package. However, there are some important points to consider when returning:

  • You have the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt, and the return costs are at your own expense.

  • If you choose to return the product, it must be returned to INature in its original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged, along with all provided accessories.

  • To initiate the return process, please fill out the return form completely. You can find this in your order confirmation (digital).

  • We will refund the amount due within 14 days to your bank account upon receiving the item in good condition.

  • Please note: the product must not be damaged, used, or opened and should remain in its original packaging.

  • We understand that you want to inspect and evaluate the product, but do not open it or tamper with any caps for any reason. This may cause the product's sealing to break, and we will not accept it back.

  • Received the wrong product? Always check your order before using the products. Hygienic products that have been used cannot be returned and resold.

  • The return shipping costs are always at your own expense. We strongly recommend sending your package with tracking to ensure it reaches us. The risk of return shipping lies with you or the company you used to send the package (if tracked).

  • If you want to exchange the product for another one, the costs of reshipping the correct product will be your responsibility.

 

Is your package damaged or the product not working?

We have chosen to ship with Evri. It can occasionally happen that the package arrives damaged or the product delivered to you doesn't work. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we will always work to resolve it.

  • If your package is damaged when the delivery person brings it to you, do not accept it and refuse the delivery. Our tip: always take a photo of the package as evidence!

  • Send us an email at inatureunitedkingdom@gmail.com with the photos and delivery date, and clearly explain what happened.

  • You will receive instructions from us via email immediately after notifying us of the damage.

  • Products returned without a return form and/or reason will not be processed.

  • PLEASE NOTE: If your product stops working (e.g., pumps), never attempt to repair it yourself. If you use up or try to fix the product yourself, we will not accept it back. Opening or altering the product can cause it to stop working altogether. We may provide advice and guidance, and in that case, the responsibility rests with us.

  • When your product doesn't work, we always ask for a photo or video of the product. This helps us determine whether it is genuinely faulty or may be used incorrectly.

  • If we determine that the product is indeed defective based on the video, it can be returned. Upon receipt, an investigation will be conducted to determine the cause of the defect and whether the product was intentionally damaged.

  • It's possible that you accidentally drop the product; fortunately, some products can withstand a little bump. However, not all of them! Pumps, glass, and derma rollers are very delicate products. We are not responsible for damage due to dropping or bumping, and unfortunately, we cannot assist in such cases. Therefore, handle your products with care and store them safely after use.
