Shipping

We dispatch all UK orders via Evri.

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £20.
  • Orders up to £20: a flat £3 shipping fee.
  • Orders placed before 23:00 are dispatched the same day (except weekends, bank holidays and promotional days).
  • You'll receive a track & trace email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

A £3 fee applies if a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, the parcel was refused, or it wasn't collected from a ParcelShop / pickup point in time.

Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Complete with all accessories and components.
  • Unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons, please do not open or tamper with any seals or caps.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and check your returned items, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Damaged or faulty items

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or faulty:

  • If the parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, you can refuse delivery, and please photograph the damage.
  • Email us at info@inatureltd.com with photos (or a short video) and a description, and we'll put it right.
  • Please don't attempt any self-repair.

Please note we're unable to accept claims for damage caused by dropping or knocking a product after delivery.
